Walk to the royal pavilion in Phraya Nakhon Cave, then explore the mangroves by boat. The final uphill walk remains even if a coastal boat shortens the approach.
The main destination is Phraya Nakhon Cave in Sam Roi Yot National Park. A forest trail among limestone cliffs leads to the chamber containing the royal pavilion. Expect uphill walking, uneven steps and exposed sections; natural lighting changes during the day.
Weather permitting, an optional coastal boat can shorten part of the approach for an extra charge. It does not remove the final climb or take you inside the cave. This is separate from the mangrove boat ride listed after the cave visit.
Allow approximately 5–6 hours with transfer, depending on pace and the approach chosen. Bring shoes with grip, water and suitable clothing. Tell us about any difficulty with stairs. The final offer should distinguish the park fee and the two different boat rides.
