Expedition Light takes one day but includes several substantial outdoor sections. After leaving Pattaya, breakfast is available at your own expense before the underground river. The programme allows around 90 minutes for this wet cave activity, following the accompanying team’s instructions.
The route then heads to Soi Dao waterfall for a walk towards the sixth level and swimming in the mountain river. Around two and a half hours are planned for this section, followed by lunch. “Light” refers to the one-day format, so expect more than short walks on level paths.
Cha Chan and a viewpoint form the afternoon visits. The final stop is a chance to observe bats leaving the caves, depending on natural conditions, before returning to Pattaya. Prepare suitable shoes, dry clothing and waterproof protection for your phone before departure.

Child conditions, extra costs, payment and cancellation terms are confirmed for the selected date. The underground river trip takes about 1.5 hours; the waterfall visit with a climb and swimming takes about 2.5 hours. The source links child conditions to height up to 120 cm; confirm the exact boundary and how it applies to the child. Adult price: 3000 THB per person. Child price for children under 120 cm tall: 2000 THB. Eligibility at exactly 120 cm is to be confirmed. Underground-river access and the waterfall level depend on local conditions. Confirm participation requirements and equipment in advance. Give each child’s age and height when booking; eligibility for the child fare, including the exact 120 cm boundary, must be confirmed.
