More about the service

The CDEK drop-off point is in the Lime office in Hua Hin, on the second floor of Hinkali House. From here you can send both small packets and large boxes to Russia: personal belongings, gifts, goods for your customers. Laptops, phones and tablets with lithium batteries are accepted too, but the battery type and packing are checked in advance.

The recipient collects the parcel at a CDEK pickup point, or a courier delivers it to the door. The price is based on the actual or the volumetric weight, whichever is greater, so the box size matters too. You can get a box and packing on the spot.

Terms and cancellation

The price is based on the greater of the actual and volumetric weight; the final amount is given after weighing and measuring, before the parcel ships. Parcels are accepted Monday to Friday until 15:00; on Saturday the batch goes to the customs warehouse. Delivery time depends on the city and on when the batch leaves.

The manager sends the cancellation and refund terms with the price, before you pay.

What details you will need

For the request, you only pick answers; there is nothing to write. The team sees your name and contact in the messenger you continue in. The manager asks for documents later if they are needed.
