A Lime manager will help you choose health insurance and arrange a policy with an insurer. Plans can be individual, family or corporate, for travel, living in Thailand, relocation, work or study.
Coverage, exclusions, territory, excess and what to do if you need to claim are set by the insurer's contract. Before you buy, the manager will send you the terms of the specific policy.
Terms and cancellation
The insurer issues the policy, and your contract is with them. Policy cancellation and premium refunds follow the insurer’s terms. Do not add medical details to the request.
The manager sends the cancellation and refund terms with the price, before you pay.
What details you will need
For the request, you only pick answers; there is nothing to write. The team sees your name and contact in the messenger you continue in. The manager asks for documents later if they are needed.
