More about the service
If you buy goods in Thailand and regularly ship them to customers in Russia, we'll work out a rate for you and agree how we work together. The rate depends on how often and how much you ship; a one-off parcel goes as a standard shipment.
CDEK delivers clothing, cosmetics, accessories, electronics and other goods to a pickup point or by courier to the recipient's door. Every shipment has a tracking number.
Terms and cancellation
Warehousing, quality control, consolidation and product returns are not included in this service.
The manager sends the cancellation and refund terms with the price, before you pay.
What details you will need
For the request, you only pick answers; there is nothing to write. The team sees your name and contact in the messenger you continue in. The manager asks for documents later if they are needed.
