An airport representative assists the passenger on arrival at or departure from Suvarnabhumi in Bangkok. Arrival assistance includes a name-sign meeting, help with luggage and an escort to a separately booked vehicle. Departure assistance covers check-in and an escort through immigration to the departure waiting area. An arrival buggy can be requested separately. Assistance does not guarantee entry or include a car journey.
Terms and cancellation
Suvarnabhumi BKK only. Booking at least 72 hours ahead is recommended. The meeting point and availability are confirmed for the flight. Fast Track does not guarantee entry; the relevant authorities make that decision. The source lists free assistance for children under 5; confirm conditions for a child aged exactly 5 and applicability to the flight before booking. Payment and cancellation terms are agreed separately. 2500 THB per person. Children under 5 are free; the rule at exactly age 5 and other child rates are to be confirmed. Arrival buggy is a separate option: the source lists 2300 THB per buggy, for up to 2 adults and 1 child under 5; the total with this option is confirmed before booking.
