More about the service
The APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) is for regular business travel across the Asia-Pacific region. It is valid for up to 5 years, is linked to your passport and gives multiple business entries without separate visas to the countries that have approved the card. Each country decides separately. If Thailand has approved your card, you can stay there on business for up to 90 days per entry.
The card suits entrepreneurs, executives and employees whose work involves travel: to negotiations, to suppliers, to trade fairs. You do not need to own a company, but you need documents of a Russian sole proprietorship or company your work is connected with. The main package is for Russian citizens; other citizenships and foreign companies are reviewed individually.
The Lime team arranges the application with a specialist partner — one contact at every stage. You provide the details and sign the prepared documents; we send the originals ourselves. You do not need to travel to Russia, and your passport stays with you. As a guide, the review takes about 6 months after filing.
The card gives no right to work or live permanently in another country. Family members need their own grounds for entry. The USA and Canada do not grant visa-free entry with the card. Government authorities decide on issuing the card, approving countries and entry.
Terms and cancellation
We fix your key destination — the country that matters most to you — in the contract before the first payment. You pay in two stages: a prepayment after the contract is signed and the balance before delivery, once the card is ready with the key destination approved. Both payments go to the one recipient named in the contract. The price is in US dollars; an amount in another currency is fixed in the invoice before you pay. If the application is finally refused or the card is issued without the key destination, we do not charge the balance and refund what you have paid within 10 working days. If approvals drag on, we keep supporting you at no extra cost. Nine months after we accept the complete set of documents and the first payment, you choose: keep waiting or get your payment back; the exact date is in the contract, and the refund follows within 10 working days of your choice. If you cancel once the application is under way, we settle for the work done and the costs incurred. The refund guarantee does not apply if the applicant's information is untrue. We prepare the document set within 10 working days of receiving the documents needed. Government authorities handle the review and approvals; as a guide, about 6 months after filing.
